Takedown Notice Instructions

To file a copyright infringement notification with Komdorsad.com, you will need to send a written notification via our available contact method or Telegram at t.me/komdorsad, which must include the information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To write a proper DMCA Notice, please include all of the following requirements:

a) Identification & Signature: Identify yourself as the owner of copyrighted work or exclusive rights that you believe were infringed, or a person acting on behalf of the owner. Provide a physical or electronic signature.

b) Infringed Work: Specify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed. For multiple works, provide a representative list.

c) Material Location (URLs): Identify the exact location of infringing materials by providing URLs on the Komdorsad.com site. Do not send attachments (e.g., images, PDFs). Include all URLs directly in the letter body for faster processing.

d) Contact Information: Provide your contact details, including your name, address, phone number, and email. If acting on behalf of the copyright owner, describe your affiliation (e.g., attorney, agent).

e) Good Faith Belief: State your good faith belief that the use of materials is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.

f) Statement of Accuracy: Declare the accuracy of your notice under penalty of perjury by including this exact statement:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the (copyright) owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

⚠️ NOTICES SHALL INCLUDE ALL 6 POINTS. Incomplete notices will not be processed. As per 17 U.S. Code § 512(c)(3), incomplete notifications shall not be considered.

Processing & Response

Please write in English. If a DMCA notice does not substantially comply with the requirements listed in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A), we are not required to act on it. Correctly filled notices have a 100% deletion rate.

If Komdorsad.com receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, it will respond expeditiously by removing the infringing material. However, Komdorsad.com will not send re-confirmations of takedown actions to the reporter. Please allow a reasonable number of days for the case to be reviewed. If no action occurs within a reasonable period, please contact us again for reassessment.

We allow for public and registered user submissions with information served "as is."
Komdorsad.com does NOT host actual video files or copyrighted media on its local servers. Video file takedowns should be addressed via appropriate source channels or by providing exact URLs.
Comments and external hyperlinks belong to their respective posters but are subject to moderation and deletion. Contact us if you believe something should be removed.
